- The enrolling beneficiary should aware of the stipulations in the Convenor’s Hand Book about FEND FUND through its Convenor.
- Duly filled Application Form with four Nos. of Passport size color photos are to furnish to enroll in FEND-FUND.
- Payments for Endowment Sum should be by D.D payable at Trichy in the name of “THE SHEER LIFE FOUNDATION OF INDIA “. However, official receipt is instantly obtainable for making any payments in the office or service center of TSF INDIA.
- The beneficiary of FEND-FUND and his/her nominee shall abide by the terms and condition stated or be stated time to time by the Management of TSF INDIA and the Governmental agencies in regards to the benefits. The beneficiary can choose to change his/her nominee whenever necessity arises.
- The beneficiary shall be obvious that THE SHEER LIFE FOUNDATION OF INDIA is working as a common infrastructure for the social cause based on “Utmost Good Faith” towards the Sheer life of its beneficiaries and thereby cause to be mutual.
